The flat has been completely renovated in ‘Costa Smeralda’ style. The kitchen, beds, wardrobe and sofa are masonry in fresh, relaxing colours. The studio with its own bathroom is separated from the kitchen area by a sliding door to eliminate the noise from the (new) fridge and any smells from cooking food.

Hot during lunch? Here you will find a refreshing ceiling paddle above the outdoor table. You can have lunch on a small terrace with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean maquis and enjoy fantastic sunsets.

You will NOT find a sofa bed, but a comfortable double bed (160X200cm) and a single bunk bed (80x200cm). For small children you will be able to use the sofa with bed rail (total max 3 people)

We need this procedure to verify your data and to send the information to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. The registration number (CIN) is a code that certifies the safety and regularity of this accommodation facility with the Municipality of Olbia, the Region of Sardinia and the Italian State. This guarantees a high standard of reception and hospitality services and compliance with the necessary requirements of Italian law.

The residence has a swimming pool, tennis/basketball/football court and gardens that can be used free of charge.

The pool is open from 15 June. Since 1 September the lifeguard will not be on duty any more.
– Smoking is permitted, but only on the terrace.
– For your safety, the kitchen fires are induction fires. Use only the pots and pans provided.
– A safe and WIFI with unlimited Giga will be at your disposal
– Because of its location, you need to know that you need a means of transport to do your shopping or to reach a restaurant (1 km away). However, home delivery via online shopping is possible.
– A caretaker is always present in the residence.

– On the beach, in addition to the free area, umbrellas and sun loungers are available for rent with the possibility of hiring dinghies (with or without a licence).
– Need personal linen (towels and sheets)? you can request them at a cost of 20 euro/person/stay
